A fourth generation Rota in Kamloops, award-winning full time REALTOR® Blair Rota had the pleasure of growing up in a community that offers endless athletic, recreational and business opportunities. Blair’s grandfather, Bert Foster, owned and operated a successful real estate office in Kamloops and his father, Randy Rota, was a highly respected financial advisor and professional hockey player for forty years combined. Moreover, his uncle, Darcy Rota, played for the Canucks. Prior to that, he also worked in the log homebuilding industry for four years. Today, this combined experience has proven invaluable to his clients who trust his keen eye for various construction and building standards.

After three short years, he landed in the top 5% of selling REALTORS® where he has remained for the past five years. Early on, he made it his mission to tighten what he perceived as a gap between consumers and real estate agents, where issues around trust, service and communication were all too common.
