Fantastic family home in highly sought out location! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the #9 bus route, steps to hiking trail access and walking distance to Summit elementary school. This 3 level split home has a fantastic layout. Living room, kitchen and dining are on the main level. Living room is open & bright with a nice big window that has been fitted with custom bottom up top down blind. Makes for privacy without sacrificing daylight. Off the living room is the dining room with sliders out to a small covered patio. The kitchen has had many recent updates including new countertops, backsplasb and Maytag dishwasher. Upstairs there is a nice size full bath, hallway closet 3 spacious bedrooms all with closets. The master bedroom has more than enough space for any sized furniture & has a double closet. The master looks out to the trees and private backyard. The second bedroom is very spacious with large closet and also looks out to the backyard. The third bedroom has a smaller closet, but extra storage cupboards that add some 70's character. Down from the main in the basement is a large rec room set up as a kids playroom and movie theatre room. Off the rec room is a tool room with window. Through this room is where you access the very large crawlspace, great for seasonal and extra storage. Also off the rec room is a large laundry and storage room that is set up with shelving, a second fridge and new maytag washer and dryer. Off the rec and through the small furnace room is a second full bathroom. The basement could easily be refigured to fit ones needs and design ideas. The yard is fully fenced and has a nice private park like feel surrounded by trees. Some updates outside include artificial grass and a recently replaced fence on one side. The yard has great potential and could be turned into your dream oasis! This is a move in ready home!
