The character of this property has been lovingly maintained while also undergoing a number of wonderful renovations. This home offers so much flexibility with it having two income producing suites. The main level of the house is 1 bedroom (currently used as workspace, with a Murphy bed), with a 3 piece bathroom (new shower), a beautiful new kitchen, dining room and living room. The main level is bright and functional, offering a lot of the original charm, but with the convenience of an updated kitchen with new appliances, gas range and oversized island. The upstairs has been transformed into an incredible Master Bedroom suite with an extra flex space that could be an office/sitting area/yoga space. The bathroom has been completely redone and offers a separate walk-in shower and soaker tub. The basement is partially unfinished and could be finished to add more square footage as a rec room, gym or another bedroom. The basement also has a 1 bedroom suite with shared laundry. The property also has a newer, fully furnished garden suite. This suite is light and cozy. It could continue to rent out at a great return or could also be an amazing studio or possibly a workspace for a number of home based professions. The garden suite has its own entry, laundry, gas fireplace, 3 piece bathroom. The yard has a partially covered patio/deck, raised garden beds and parking in front of the shop. Additional features include 200AMP service, hot water on demand system, Central Air, 6 year old roof, inground irrigation, detached garage/shop, The house is in a great neighborhood, close to most amenities and is only a block away from Lloyd George Elementary School and 2 blocks away from Prince Charles Park.
