Waterfront living at Blake Point is an investment in your family’s well being. From your deck you overlook the common sandy beach area and the dock system for your boat. The calming effects of the “bay” are promoted by the sanctuary of bird habitat in tandem with watersports at all levels of interest. This home is designed for year round use and offers the opportunity to enjoy even the rainy days near an artistic stone fireplace. Over two floors the access to the patios and landscaped yard connect with nature. Tennis and pickleball courts encourage the neighbors to join in, kids can ride their bikes in safety and hours of private strata owned hiking trails create a sense of belonging. A premier waterfront strata development that, over time, has declared itself as a great financial investment.

About
I moved to Kamloops from the Okanagan a decade ago and have never looked back. I studied business and sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia. After finishing my degree with a B.A. and working as an assistant to the Dean of Marketing I quickly jumped into the fast-paced environment of commerce. Having lived in BC the majority my life and having worked all over the country and traveled all over the world, it quickly became obvious, Kamloops is a great place to live. I am grateful for my family and always appreciate good times with friends. I was very fortunate to play competitive hockey and soccer in my younger years which helped to develop the importance of hard work, dedication and teamwork which I apply to all areas of my professional and personal life. After jumping from a plane 97 times I sold his parachute for a set of golf clubs. I also love water, frozen or not, snowboarding, wake-boarding and being in the outdoors.
