A great opportunity to get into the market! Whether you want to have your own place without sharing walls, or downsizing and still want the detached feel, this property shines. The spacious feel of this mobile sets it apart from other single wide options. Well taken care of with a large addition including a huge boot room and den or office space (could work as a child's bedroom) with fresh paint and kitchen counters. Outside is space to entertain, and a 20x13 storage shed. Located a short drive from shopping, schools, airport and golf, and with pets allowed with restrictions (park approval one dog or cat) this home could work for you.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
