Located in the breathtaking Nicola Valley, this spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home on 23.20 river fronting acres offers stunning views of the Coldwater River valley. The open-concept kitchen and living room create a warm atmosphere, ideal for hosting. A fully finished basement, with a wet bar and exterior hot tub, adds to the entertainment appeal. The property features a 30x40 shop with 14-ft ceilings, an exhaust system, and gas heater. Positioned within the Merritt Fire District, just 10 minutes from town, the RL-1 zoning allows subdivision potential. The Trans Mountain pipeline intersects the property without detracting from its appeal.

About
I believe that Real Estate is a relationship business and happy customers are the life blood of the business. I have been selling real estate in Kamloops for 13 years and have enjoyed the business very much. I sell primarily residential and some commercial real estate. I work out of REMAX Real Estate (Kamloop) and am a REMAX Hall of Fame recipient. I also have a SRES designation, which is a Senior's Specialist. Round that up with a CNS designation, which is a Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In my down time I am a Rotarian with The Rotary Club of Kamloops and we host the yearly Chefs in the City. We participate in other events including the twice yearly Rotary Food Drive, the Starfish Backpack program (the Starfish Backpacks are filled each week with fresh, healthy food and distributed to local school children). We give out bursaries, support the Royal Inland Foundation and help with individual events and situations, as they come up. We also support international programs.
I am also involved with the Valleyview Association, in the community where I live.
I have a hubby Peter of 42 years and two great girls, who now live in both end of the country with their hubbies, one in Fort St John, BC and one in Halifax, Nova Scotia. . Pete and I love Kamloops and all it has to offer. We have invested in the community both with real estate and through volunteering.
