I've owned several successful businesses in the Kamloops area over the past 25 years.  During this time I have learned that a good business is based on excellent service, a great reputation, quality products, and the right price.  I purchased Century 21 Desert Hills Realty in 2010 and sold it in 2022.  I have also been active in the personal ownership of several rental and renovation projects.   There is the right home for the right price for everyone and I won't stop until I sell your home for the right price or until I find that perfect home for you or your family.

I have extensive business experience in a number of areas.  I have appeared on many occasions as an analyst on Business News Network (BNN), as well as on radio and in newsprint. I have owned an operated a number of stock market websites, investor relations, and consulting businesses.  QIS Capital, one of these businesses, is most well known for achieving a 423% return in its first 4 years of business.

In early 2000, I co-founded HomePlus Products Inc. (www.homeplusproducts.com) which sells a full range of home improvement, water filtration systems, and pet related products.  In 2003, HomePlus Products was listed in Profit Magazine as the 6th fastest growing company in Canada.  HomePlus Products is still located right here in Kamloops.

Community Involvement

I am actively involved in many organizations in the city and volunteer my time with various youth groups and church organizations.  I currently serve in various youth groups for the LDS church and as a soccer coach for KYSA.

For investors, whether rental, renovation, or flipping - I understand how to run a successful business and what type of properties are of interest.  I enjoy this area of the business and will not only provide you with the ability to search new properties, but will actively view new listings so I can make suggestions without wasting your time.
